Joris Leemans has a Master in Communication sciences from the KUL, and because of his personal interest, he also completed a Master in Environmental Sciences at the VUB.
​
After a few years of working and travelling abroad, it was time to pursue his passion for the environment professionally, so he became the first employee of a startup consultancy firm focused on renewable energy, environment and engineering. As one of the managers he successfully built this company from scratch into a market leading firm with 65 employees within the first 5 years.
​
A career break and a 6-months world travel made him realize he needed a real new challenge.
Early 2016 he founded JLE-Solutions, a recruitment and headhunting firm focused on renewable energy, environmental jobs and sustainable engineering. He felt there was an urgent need to assist this growing market with a specialized recruitment firm. With his vast network and market knowledge he hopes to bring added value to his clients.
When he is not matching candidates and clients, Joris enjoys the outdoors, running & cycling and spicy food!

In 2004 Rob Opalfvens received his Master Degree in Communication Sciences at the University of Brussels. After his initial working experiences he decided in 2007 to study Mandarin at the National Taiwan Normal University and lived in Taipei for 3 years.
​
From 2010 to 2015 Rob was working in Sales & Business Development at Hewlett Packard in Diegem, Belgium. He was responsible for the HP Graphics Solutions Business in Great Western Europe. After a successful career developing executive relationships and contributing to the sales results in the region, he founded an agency active in the fashion business. When not managing his company, Rob likes practicing sports, travelling and studying Chinese language & culture.

In 2018 Rob devoted himself to his new mission as a headhunter for JLE- Solutions. The reason he joined the renewable energy industry is to make a meaningful impact in the fight against climate change. Rob is committed to excellence and specializes in applying his expertise to provide the basis for strong ongoing professional relationships. He enjoys listening to clients & candidates, has a keen ability to spot top notch talent and his personal approach sets him apart from other recruiters.
