  • Vous êtes responsable du développement des projets énergies renouvelables sur le territoire wallon, en tant qu’acquérir les droits fonciers nécessaires à la construction et à l’exploitation des projets sur le territoire Wallon.

  • Vous établissez une relation de confiance et négociez de manière efficace avec les propriétaires et exploitants de terrains agricoles et industriels.

  • Vous établissez des contacts à long terme, et veillez également à entretenir une relation solide après la conclusion d'un contrat

  • Vous êtes organisé et planifiez efficacement vos rendez-vous dans un agenda tenu à jour.

  • Vous vous occupez également du suivi administratif de vos actions, et gardez une bonne vue d'ensemble de vos tâches et de vos responsabilités. 

  • Dans le cadre de cette fonction, vous faites rapport et rendez compte au Responsable du développement commercial pour la Wallonie.

  • Vous  opérez sur l’ensemble de la Wallonie.

 

Profile

​

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier, et pouvez également justifier de 3 années d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire.

  • Vous disposez de solides compétences en matière de communication, et vous entrez facilement en contact avec d’autres personnes. En outre, vous adoptez une attitude empathique, et faites preuve d'ouverture et de compréhension. 

  • Vous êtes flexible et participez activement au processus de réflexion avec votre public. 

  • Vous possédez de bonnes notions dans le domaine du contexte juridique des contrats, ou manifestez du moins un intérêt pour ce domaine ;

Job description

​

  • As a Tender Engineer – Wind Energy you will be the main point of contact for all Sales quotations regarding the management of onshore wind projects in the Western Europe Region. (e.g.: crane costs, transport prices, site services, …).

  • You calculate and provide project site costs, including risk margin and opportunities according to regional targets.

  • You will be the interface and maintain communication with the Management and other Project Management departments to be aware of new tech, evolution of the market, etc.

  • As a Tender Engineer – Wind Energy you will keep track of all deviations in current projects to improve budget accuracy and you have a high level of understanding of tools to create standardized methods of calculation.

  • You’ll work with Sales Managers to prioritise calculation requests and avoid inefficiencies, and participate in Sales meetings to organize workload and priorities.

  • As a Tender Engineer – Wind Energy you’ll report to Management price levels, deviations and follow-up KPI of site costs.

 

Your Profile

​

  • You have a Master in Civil, Building, Business Engineering, etc. or a Bachelor in Quantity Surveying or equivalent by experience.

  • You have a first professional experience in the Renewables, Construction, Oil and Gas sector, etc. More experienced profiles are welcome too!

  • A strong knowledge of Claim, Project, Contract or Cost Management is desirable.

  • Competent in MS Office and SAP experience is a plus.

  • Good command of Dutch or/ and French with a professional knowledge of English, both verbally and in writing.

  • You’re an excellent communicator, good negotiator, proactive, commercially experienced and a resourceful individual.

  • Willing to travel 15% of your time within the Western Europe Region.

  • Als Junior Exploitatie- Ingenieur ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel het opvolgen van de alarmen als de storingen van de windturbines.

  • Je ondersteunt het team met verbetervoorstellen mbt de prestatie en het drukken van de kosten van de operationele werking van de windturbines.

  • Je zorgt dat alle O&M activiteiten op een veilige en milieuvriendelijke manier worden uitgevoerd, en volgt de jaarlijkse evolutie van het onderhoud op.

  • Manage the engineering on best available technologies to optimally integrate and combine different renewable energy sources including wind, solar, BESS and EV charge points.

  • You manage the lay-out and design of large-scale PV installations

  • Coordinate grid studies between the grid operator and the developer/investor.

  • You will support the creation of state-of-the-art engineering models to allow technical-commercial sensitivity analysis on solar PV or Wind designs.

  • Coordinate with the CAD design team for our ground mount and roof mount projects.

  • You will be the first point of contact with suppliers.

  • Calculate the financial plan for revenues and corresponding investments

 

Your profile

​

  • You have an engineering degree or equivalent by experience.

  • You are Fluent in Dutch and English 

  • Relevant experience in Autocad, Virtuosolar or PVcase are a strong plus.

  • Relevant experience in the field of solar PV design, wind energy or energy storage is a plus.

  • Certification to BA5/VP and VCA-VOL is a must or willingness to achieve this within short time via self-education

Je werkt samen met onze partners grote zonne-energie installaties uit, eventueel met batterij opslag. De PV-installaties worden typisch gebouwd op bedrijfsdaken verspreid over het land, maar kunnen ook op carports of op grond geplaatst worden. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor ontwikkelaars en asset managers voor de technische aspecten van PV-installaties. Je volgt de bouw van nieuwe PV-installaties op en onderzoekt en coördineert aanpassingen en optimalisaties aan bestaande PV-installaties.

  • Engineering t.b.v. de bouw van nieuwe PV parken. Dit omvat onder andere:

    • Uitvoeren en/of opvolgen van haalbaarheidsstudies van de installatie en ondersteuning aan de projectontwikkelaars.

    • Opmaak van legplannen en single line diagramma’s, veelal in samenwerking met externe partners. Controle van aangeleverde technische dossiers door onze bouwpartners. Opmaken van opbrengstssimulaties.

    • Daarnaast heb je natuurlijk contact met netwerkbeheerders, materiaal leveranciers, bouwpartners, studie bureaus, …

  • Evalueren en analyseren van bestaande PV parken en uitwerken van voorstellen voor optimalisaties in samenwerking met de Asset managers.

  • Diepte analyse van grotere of aanhoudende technische problemen in samenwerking met de service afdeling.

  • Opvolgen van de bouw van PV-parken, zowel naar veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning, als budget, communicatie met klant, leveranciers en bouwpartners van start tot oplevering.

  • Uitvoeren van de technische due diligence (technische conformiteitsonderzoek) bij overnames van bestaande zonneparken.

  • Evalueren en opvolgen van de evoluties in de markt van ontwerp concepten (automatisering) en hoofdcomponenten van een PV installatie (panelen, omvormers, draagstructuren).

  • Meewerken aan innovatieprojecten (nieuwe bouwmethodes, nieuwe materialen, ….).

  • Je werkt samen met en rapporteert aan de Operations manager.

 

Jouw profiel

  • Je bent hebt een masters /ingenieurs diploma elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

  • Je bent analytisch, communicatief, klantgericht, flexibel, stressbestendig en een echte teamspeler.

Profile

​

  • Vous disposez d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans la vente, de préférence dans la vente B2B (de solutions ou de valeur ajoutée).

  • Vous disposez d’un diplôme de Master (orientation scientifique, économique, sciences commerciales ou marketing).

  • Vous êtes passionné par les énergies renouvelables et la durabilité, vous disposez de bonnes connaissances techniques et maîtrisez les démarches nécessaires pour mener à bien des projets de dimension industrielle.

  • Vous disposez de solides compétences en matière de communication et vous êtes convaincant lorsque vous êtes convaincu vous-même.

  • Vous êtes une personne autonome & pro-active et vous travaillez de manière généraliste & orientée vers les résultats.

  • Vous êtes francophone avec une bonne connaissance de l’anglais et vous résidez en région Wallonne.

  • Vous avez un permis de conduire de la catégorie B.

  • You manage the writing up of the permit file

  • You are responsible for organizing and follow-up of the permitting process

  • You work on the financial aspect: preparation & follow-up of the budgets

  • Negotiation with the distribution system operator

Your Profile

​

  • Master degree or equivalent in experience

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience, senior profiles are also accepted 

  • Native Dutch speaker, good knowledge of English and basic command of French

  • Driver’s license B

  • A first experience in wind sector, as well as financial experience, is wanted
